- 1. I accept that to understanding the hydrogeology, a complete study including drilling is required. This has been done by other institutions, including drilling and interpretations for the area around the mine.
- 2. I accept that metals move from place to place in nature such as the example of geothermal spring contributing arsenic to the environment.
- 3. I accept the witness testimony that to understand potential risk to environment must be studied and measured.
- 4. I accept this experts testimony in relation to the chemistry of detoxification which was stated in the BAP and testimony that the detoxification system destroyed the cyanide and converted free heavy metals to stable compounds prior to release to the environment, also that detoxification was appropriate.

· In my opinion this expert witness has represented himself as a medical expert, a toxicologist, a marine fishery and coral expert, a geo chemist, a bio chemist and a oceanographer and a sociologist. I reject this witnesses testimony and its entire and I believe the only expertise this witness has is to make anecdotal information, misrepresent science and confused the general public
· In fact it is my opinion this witness along with the few others misrepresented facts and made outrages claim without evidence to support those claims which started the national sensation and the press. These witness misrepresentations of the truth and unfounded allegations have disrupted live and cause several hardship to the community around our mine including fear, confusion and loss of economy and well being of the communities.
· And I believe there is a high probability that this witness has works with other in this disinformation effort and that in the process has disrespected his academic institution, government authority and legal system of this country. His malicious allegations most probable in collaborations with others, have confused government authorities, the public at large and most single handily resulted in the unjust 32 days detention of my co-workers.
