The defence team presented its arguments or exception as to the legal aspects of the indictment.

Although, the Bill of Indictment has been translated into English, Rick Ness still could not understand the logic of the indictment, both in his capacity as the President Director of Accused I or in his personal capacity.

The Panel of Judges decided to continue the hearing in order to hear the response from the Prosecution toward the Objection [exception] submitted by the Accused I and the Accused II.
