Prof Muladi lied under oath and failed to present himself before the court, and denied me my basic right to cross examine him. (Note: One would think that a former Minister of Justice and Professor in Criminal Law would know what lying under oath is called, in English it’s call perjury).

The Judges had no more patience for these antics, he asked the prosecution to present their written and other evidence.

The prosecution rested their case.
